Arnav goes with family to select clothes for Lavanya for their engagement. Lavanya force Khushi to wear a traditional Designer dress. Arnav insults Khushi by saying that her fiance will not be able to afford it. Later he regrets it when he see Khushi crying.

Khushi goes to Raizada house to select jewellery for Lavanya and Arnav's engagement. Arnav insults her by giving the necklace she liked to Lavanya.

Khushi requests Arnav to postpone his engagement. He agrees and informs everyone that Khushi will help to organise it.

Khushi and Payal talks about their dreams about marriage. Arnav is upset about Khushi's engagement. Anjali asks Arnav if he noticed that Khushi is upset. He tells Anjali that if she is upset she shouldn't have agreed for the marriage.Anjali asks Khushi the reasoon for her sadness. Arnav gets angry when he sees Khushi wearing a bracelet gifted by her fiance. He insults her by commenting that the gift is cheap. He gets further angry when she asks the reason about his unhappiness even though he is so rich. He informs the family that the engagement will be on the next day or never.

Lavanya teases Khushi about her fiance. Arnav hurts himself while gardening. Lavanya bandages his wound. Arnav congratulates Khushi for her engagement. He asks her why she is not happy as the others are. He insults her by asking if she realized that her fiance is not as rich as she thought.

Arnav makes Khuski apologize. He feels bad when Khushi cries and gives back her ring. Khushi stops Arnav from putting the ring on her finger. Arnav is shocked to hear about her engagement. Anjali congratulates her. Arnav is furious and asks her why no one knows about her engagement. Khushi asks him why he cares and he stop just before giving his reason.
